Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Starter tier: Access to intelligence briefs from the last 30 days
Professional tier: Full archive access plus custom briefing requests

4. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are available within 7 days of initial subscription if you are not satisfied with the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

All intelligence briefs and content are the intellectual property of Nysom Intelligence Group. Subscribers may use briefs for internal decision-making purposes. Redistribution, republication, or commercial resale of briefs is prohibited without written permission.

6. Accuracy & Corrections

We strive for accuracy in all intelligence briefs. If an error is identified, we will issue a correction notice to subscribers. Our interpretation of regulatory developments represents our professional analysis and may differ from other interpretations.
